Shipping Within South Africa

Fine art prints are shipped nationwide at a flat rate of R120.

Shipping costs for original artworks vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the piece, but start from R120. The final shipping cost will always be communicated before dispatch where applicable.

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome.

As shipping costs vary significantly depending on the artwork and destination, international shipping cannot be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping will be quoted separately, and a follow-up invoice will be issued before the artwork is dispatched.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays, additional charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

Every order is carefully packaged before leaving my studio. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

In the case of fine art prints damaged during transit, a replacement print may be provided once the damage has been verified.

As original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, replacement is not possible. Any concerns relating to damaged original artworks will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Local Collection

If you're local, collection is available between Thursday and Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00.

Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive the collection location and instructions. Upon arrival, simply send me a WhatsApp message at +27 71 857 9762 and I'll assist you from there.

Please note that collection days and times may occasionally change due to availability. Should this happen, I'll communicate any changes in advance.
