Returns & Refunds

I take great care in packaging and preparing every artwork and print before it leaves my studio. Because original artworks and fine art prints are unique and often produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds are limited.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@artbyanchen.com.

To help resolve the issue as quickly as possible, you may be asked to provide photographs of the item received.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the correct item will be shipped to you. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Damaged Prints

Every order is carefully packaged before leaving my studio. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

In the case of fine art prints damaged during transit, I may arrange a replacement print once the damage has been verified.

As original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces, replacement is not possible. Any concerns relating to damaged original artworks will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces and cannot be replaced. If an original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork and packaging. Each situation will be assessed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.

Non-Refundable Items

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Commissioned artworks
  • Custom-made or personalised pieces
  • Items reported outside of the required 48-hour notification period
