Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, I do! Fine art prints are shipped nationwide at a flat rate of R120. Original artworks vary depending on their size and destination, but I'll always make sure shipping is quoted fairly and communicated upfront.
Do you ship internationally?
I do. If you're based outside South Africa, you're welcome to get in touch. International shipping is quoted separately based on the size of the artwork and where it's heading. Please keep in mind that any customs duties or import fees charged by your country are your responsibility.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely. If you're local, collection is available between Thursday and Saturday. Once your order is ready, I'll send you all the details and collection instructions.
How does the commission process work?
Simply complete the commission enquiry form and tell me a little about what you have in mind. If I'm able to take on the project, I'll send through a quote and deposit invoice. From there, I'll create a sketch for approval before beginning the final painting and will keep you updated along the way.
Will my commission look exactly like my reference photos?
Reference images help guide the process, but every commission is still an original hand-painted artwork. Small artistic interpretations, colour variations, and stylistic choices are part of what makes each piece unique. It won't be art, if it didn't look a little painted :)
Can I make changes during the commission process?
Yes. Two rounds of minor revisions are included during the sketch stage to make sure we're on the same page before painting begins. Once the final artwork is underway, changes become much more difficult, so the sketch stage is the best time for adjustments.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging. For damaged prints, I'll do my best to arrange a replacement once the damage has been verified.
Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?
Because artworks and prints are carefully prepared and often made specifically for each order, returns and refunds aren't available for change-of-mind purchases. If you've received the wrong item, however, please get in touch and I'll make it right.
Do I own the copyright when I buy an artwork?
You own the physical artwork, but the copyright remains with me as the artist. This means the artwork can't be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
